About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ASD Teaching Assistant to join our team in Ashford. As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with ASD, implementing tailored strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
