Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at WSH Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients, while ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all meals meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a senior chef in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: A culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
