Overview

ALCA TOOLS LTD is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Associate to manage and promote our engineering consumable products predominantly on the telephone. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

  1. Manage inventory of consumable products, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as necessary.
  2. Utilise software tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  3. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote consumable products and generate leads.
  4. Collaborate with the existing team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales performance.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, particularly within the engineering sectors.
  2. Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial for managing customer relationships.
  4. Experience in telemarketing or direct sales would be advantageous.

Working Arrangements

  1. Full-time, permanent position.
  2. Monday to Friday schedule.
  3. No weekends.

Location

  1. Herne Bay (preferred).
