As a seasoned Service Engineer for Devonshire Appointments, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex faults on mailing machines and associated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role involves working permanent nights on a 4 on 4 off pattern from 19:00 to 07:00.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Report and address Health and Safety matters promptly to Management and adhere to SSOW guidelines.
  2. Ensure compliance with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
  3. Perform repairs to mailing machines and associated equipment as needed, including mechanical fault repairs.
  4. Maintain, support, and service production-associated equipment to optimal levels.
  5. Collaborate with Production Management Teams to discuss machine performance, problems, and potential improvements.
  6. Contribute ideas and feedback to the Production Management teams to address machine challenges.
  7. Ensure proper administration of parts usage.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  1. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong diagnostic skills.
  3. Proactive approach to offering improvements to current processes.
  4. Ability to perform board-level repair (preferred but not essential).
