About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Rail Supervisor to join our team at John Sisk and Son. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance and engineering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and engineering strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' railway infrastructure.
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality maintenance and engineering services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, and First Aid at work Certificate.
