Job Title: Supervisor - M&E Rail

John Sisk and Son is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team in the M&E Rail department. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives and subcontractors to deliver high-quality reactive works on the Western Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement safe working practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a construction management environment with a similar National/Regional Contractor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of construction practices, codes of practice, and relevant regulations.
