We are seeking a skilled Orderline Representative to join our award-winning Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, and promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting engaging products and improving customer loyalty.

Requirements
