About the Role

As a Branch Manager at haart, you will be responsible for leading a team of estate agents in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to generate new and repeat business, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading daily meetings with the estate agency team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
  • Encouraging team development and progression
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within estate agency at a senior negotiator position, property valuer position, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail

What We Offer

  • £50,000 per year, complete on-target earnings
  • £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

Interview Process

  • Full UK driving licence
