Job Title: Head of Transport

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead our transportation team and oversee the efficient distribution of goods nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the operation of our fleet of delivery vehicles
* Coordinate the delivery of consignments to customers and suppliers
* Ensure all commitments and liabilities are met as efficiently as possible and to the lowest cost
* Maximize loads for greater efficiencies
* Manage a team of drivers to ensure effective collections and deliveries
* Think laterally to challenge existing processes and drive out unnecessary costs

Requirements:

* Experience in a Head of Transport position in an FMCG company
* CPC Licence
* Adaptable and customer-focused with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation
