We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, and championing improvements.
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example, and promoting inclusivity and motivation.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure the team's success.
