Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring that all operations are carried out to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym, including supervising staff and ensuring that all operations are carried out to the highest standard.
- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence, ensuring that the gym continues to operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, working closely with the General Manager and other members of the management team.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service and achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth and success.
- Proven experience in a management role within a leisure or fitness industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent.
- Experience of driving sales and marketing initiatives, with a proven track record of success.
