Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting several site teams on projects with a value ranging from £500k to £10M.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards in terms of health and safety, quality, programme, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior managers, and site teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage health, safety, and environmental aspects of projects.
  • Plan and coordinate work, supervise designers, subcontractors, and labor, and ensure work is progressing on schedule.
  • Lead progress meetings and maintain regular contact with clients.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

Good technical construction knowledge.Commercial awareness.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work closely with clients, senior managers, and site teams.Experience in managing complex projects.Knowledge of construction-related services such as plant hire, security, roofing, and waste recycling.
