Sacco Mann is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Legal Secretary to join their reputable housing team in central Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting Solicitors and fee earners within a social housing, residential property or commercial property team.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise and manage workloads and diaries to ensure efficient case progression.
- Handle correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, to maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely file opening and closing, archiving, and case updates.
- Conduct property searches and perform SDLT and HMLR formalities.
- Prepare and finalise legal documents, including drafting and editing.
- Perform AML checks and arrange client meetings.
- At least 2 years' continuous hands-on support experience as a Legal Secretary in a social housing, residential property or commercial property team.
- Competitive salary up to £28,000.
- Fully office-based position in central Leeds.
