We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Resident Liaison Officer at Skilled Careers Ltd. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

About the Job

This contract-based position involves serving as the primary point of contact for residents, providing top-notch customer care, and ensuring that work programs are met.

The RLO will be responsible for:

  • Booking appointments and managing schedules efficiently
  • Handling resident complaints and issues with professionalism and tact
  • Maintaining accurate property records and conducting validation surveys
  • Facilitating seamless communication between all stakeholders
  • Working proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), ideally 1-2 years+
  • Occupied refurbishment knowledge is desirable
  • Strong health and safety knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated
  • Valid driving license
