Practical Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Practical Care Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
About the Role:
- Assist service users with daily tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and personal care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual support plans and activities
- Maintain accurate records of service user progress and well-being
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
What You'll Need:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or related field
- Previous experience working in a care setting (not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and autonomously
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults
