Residential Support Leader

Lavoro Select is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at a well-established residential service in Widnes.

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to three young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to create a nurturing and supportive environment where these individuals can thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and other professionals.
  • Create a safe and structured environment that promotes positive behaviour and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for residents.
