Assistant Hotel Manager

As a Designate Part-time Assistant Hotel Manager at Travelodge, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating hotel teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This is a roaming position where you will cover the York and surrounding areas.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personal development plans for team members to enhance their career growth
- Recruit and onboard motivated team members, ensuring a warm and welcoming induction
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet brand standards in Bar Cafe hotels
- Maximize food and beverage sales through cross-selling and upselling in Bar Cafe hotels
- Review customer feedback to create targeted action plans for improvement
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas using company best practices
- Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring a smooth operation
- Additional responsibilities include rota management, banking, and health and safety

You are results-focused, enjoying working towards KPIs and scorecard targets to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
