We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Support Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to our Financial Planners and Directors.
  • Ensure client records are up to date and internal systems are followed.
  • Support and develop junior team members to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and compile documents to create accurate client review packs and check packs as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, liaising with providers and third parties as necessary.
  • Maintain a clear audit trail for all client records and ensure documents are saved and named correctly.
  • Keep Financial Planners and team members informed of progress and escalate any concerns or complaints.
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings to support the Financial Planner, presenting as needed with line manager approval.
  • Conduct pre and post reviews, delegating tasks as necessary.
