Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital support function within our busy office, working closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews
  • Deal with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers
  • Manage the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors
  • Process new business and liaise with SJP admin teams
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
