About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Modelling & Simulation Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and product development in our dynamic R&D team.

As a key player in delivering engineering analysis and simulations, you will support the design and development of new products from concept to manufacturing. You will work on various multi-disciplinary projects, providing insights that inform design decisions, accelerate product development, and solve complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engineering analysis across all stages of product development, from concept evaluation to integration.
  • Utilise advanced simulation techniques (CFD, FEM, etc.) to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Provide high-fidelity simulations to support project teams in making data-driven decisions.
  • Create and optimise CAD models for accurate engineering analysis.
About You

You have several years of experience in using modelling and simulation techniques within a device and/or product development environment. You're proficient in CAD, with a solid understanding of multi-physics problems.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Expertise in CFD, FEM simulation tools and processes
  • Experience in structural, data analysis and visualisation tools
  • CAD (ideally Solidworks or Siemens NX)
  • Experience of ANSYS or COMSOL would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Drop Test Simulation would also be a positive
