As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you will travel across your region to oversee the delivery of our services and implement action plans to meet the needs of our residents. You will work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to develop and deliver strategies that will help achieve your goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Managing and developing teams in various care homes.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and service to residents.
  • Implementing action plans to meet resident needs.
  • Working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to develop strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
  • A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
  • Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting.
  • Evidence of continual professional development.
  • A track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.

**Salary Range:** £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.
