About the Role

Holland & Barrett is seeking a UX Research Manager to lead our team of researchers and drive business objectives. As a key member of our UXR team, you will be responsible for understanding our users and developing digital solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of UX researchers to balance autonomy with collaboration
  • Develop and implement a culture of knowledge sharing and a robust research practice
  • Drive process and workflow improvements to enable the team to work more efficiently and collaborate with wider teams
