We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our production site, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular plant checks and readings on essential equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance.
- Work efficiently to complete electrical and mechanical engineering tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Monitor production lines to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Perform machine inspections, conduct repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Provide mechanical or electrical assistance to breakdowns and support the production team as needed.
- You will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or heavy industry environment is essential.
- You will possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with production staff.
