About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Jobheron, a leading manufacturer and installer of Electric heating solutions for homes. With over 75 years of experience in the industry, we aim to become the market leaders in the UK's race to Net Zero emissions.

The successful candidate will cover the Essex and Home Counties region, working on a full-time/part-time/freelance, remote working basis. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing full training and allowing you to work only on a lead and appointment basis.

This is a commission-only self-employed role, allowing you to earn as much as you want with uncapped commissions and an OTE of over £85,000 per annum. As electric heating is a new trend, there are plenty of leads available.

We are looking for a sales representative who is money-hungry and target-driven, with a passion for selling quality German-engineered products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Electric heating solutions to customers in the Essex and Home Counties region
  • Work on a lead and appointment basis, with full training provided
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with uncapped commissions and an OTE of over £85,000 per annum
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Competency with iPad and CRM systems and reporting
  • Ownership of a car
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
