
Financial Manager for Accountancy Practice

Clark Wood is a well-established firm of chartered accountants in Oxford seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA / ACA Qualified with strong and varied general practice experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
- Reviewing Limited Company Financial Statements and preparing management accounts.
- Overseeing work-planning and providing timely feedback on junior staff's performance.
- Suggesting fees with clients and supporting partners and clients with bespoke queries.
- Acting as primary point of contact for clients and managing workload efficiently.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- ACCA / ACA Qualified
- Client management experience is beneficial
- Experience of reviewing junior staff's work.
