We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee Hard FM Services Operations and ensure effective asset management in the Client multi-let office sector.

This role will involve technical support for a premium client within JLL's UK Property and Asset Management / IFM division, with responsibility for a range of multi-let properties from the office sector.

The selected candidate will have involvement in Design for Management (DFM) - development & Implementation of client projects, ongoing maintenance, and understanding of new systems and technical processes.

Key responsibilities will include interaction with FM teams through a thorough understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and providing technical advice and support.

The provision of technical and compliance support to the JLL team will include assisting with the overall responsibility for ensuring that engineering maintenance has been completed to appropriate standards and contract specifications.

We are looking for an individual with proven solid experience in delivering high-quality hard M&E services in a customer-focused multi-site environment, and good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.

A robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade – Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, or F-Gas is required, as well as experience in computer PPM management systems.
