About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Bierley. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individual care plans in collaboration with the management team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained.
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines.
