Job Description

Job Title: Director, FP&A

Company: Global Accounting Network

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director, FP&A to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of the budget and quarterly reforecast process, as well as owning the long-term strategic planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of financial plans and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  2. Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial projects
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  4. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decision-making
  5. Present financial results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. CIMA qualified or equivalent
  2. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  5. Experience with financial modeling and planning tools, such as Excel and PowerBI
