Company OverviewOur client operates in the environmental sector and has a unique opportunity for an HR/Office Administrator to join their team at their recycling site. This role will provide an exciting chance to make a meaningful contribution to a company that prioritises sustainability and social responsibility.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to provide administrative support to our HR and H&S Manager. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate a strong ability to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the HR and H&S Manager with various administrative tasks, including staff rostering, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a well-organised and efficient office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- A degree or equivalent in a related field or relevant administrative experience.
- Proven track record of working in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A high level of organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
