Job Overview
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and candidates, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant will include:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means

* Analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements
While there are no specific qualifications required for this role, a degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Marketing, or Human Resources) would be an advantage. Additionally, you should have prior experience in a sales or business development capacity, preferably within the recruitment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with clients and candidates, are essential.
