About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our team in producing high-quality electrical wiring harnesses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the workshop manager to maintain efficient operations.
  • Assisting in complex build projects and prototypes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Selecting and managing stock parts for assembly.
  • Raising concerns and suggestions for improvement with the line manager.
  • Providing guidance and support to trainee technicians.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, including work areas, documentation, tools, and products.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Performing additional duties as required to meet business needs and deliver a high-quality product and service to customers.

We encourage active participation in training activities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous extensive experience across multiple OEM and system 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace).
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with Cirris or another electrical harness testing software.

Expected Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 per year.
