Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative workshops that foster a sense of community and support among members.
  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions to help members develop healthy habits and achieve their weight loss goals.
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide personalized support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with WW's scientifically proven methodology and behavior change techniques to deliver effective coaching.
  • Collaborate with the WW team to drive member recruitment and retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • Passion for wellness and a commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel to various workshop locations within the territory.
