Trainee Lettings Negotiator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team at Connells. This is an entry-level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion
