About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medium Level Order Picker at Randstad RIS. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Medium Level Order Picker (MLOP) truck to pick production orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with general production operative duties, supporting the production and packing lines
  • Take instruction and guidance from qualified production operatives
  • Play a pivotal role in our clients' operation to deliver product to the market
  • Follow safe operating procedures and comply with Health & Safety measures, reporting any safety issues if they arise
  • Ensure that the area and work station remain clean and tidy at all times
  • Identify, highlight, and escalate any product quality issues by following site procedures
  • Ensure safe working practices at all times
  • Deliver and maintain both individual and team targets to satisfy customer demand
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) production environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow instructions and processes
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and able to initiate and follow tasks through to completion
