About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and bowel management.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including complex moving and positioning.
  • Administer medication and provide care for clients with epilepsy and seizure management.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
  • Be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Have a valid enhanced DBS check and be willing to undergo regular checks.
