About the Role

We're seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Group Financial Control team, reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for managing internal Group P&L and KPI reporting, designing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports to the CFO, Executive Committee, and Group Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring consistency with Group-wide chart of accounts and KPI definitions.
  • Collaborate with Group Finance, Investor Relations, and divisional finance teams to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Design and implement reporting processes to support the Group's annual planning timetable and consolidation of divisional plans.
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on trading performance, interim statements, half-year reviews, and annual reports.
  • Support Investor Relations with ad-hoc queries and insights on trading and forecasts.
