Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including nights, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operation.
  2. Collaborate with our production team to maintain high-quality standards and ensure efficient production processes.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  4. Work effectively with our team to achieve our business objectives and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution.
  • Ability to work safely and consider the safety of others.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality and health and safety.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
