About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Packing Operator to join our Purchasing and Supply Chain team at BYK Additives Ltd. (UK). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for controlling and executing elements within our Widnes site Warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control and execute elements within the Widnes site Warehouse operations.
  • Support overall operating excellence by controlling cost, operating efficiency, and working to department service levels.
  • Implement site Warehouse processes effectively.
  • Develop the knowledge, skills, and effectiveness of the warehouse team.
  • Establish positive relations with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Monitor and maintain safety and environment statistics.
  • Ensure quality conformance in all activities.
  • Maximise equipment utilisation.
  • Achieve targeted packing and blending schedules.
  • Accurately maintain plant and SAP records.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards.
