Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users who live independently in one location.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication.
Requirements
You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
