Care Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users who are living independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide a high standard of care
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role.
