Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Farnborough Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and scheduling appointments for customers, including MOTs, services, and repairs
- Advising customers on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to organize and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
- Managing a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the repair process
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems
- Knowledge of essential dealer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
