Job Title: French Speaking Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Speaking Reception Supervisor to join our team at a 5-star luxury lifestyle boutique hotel in the heart of Chelsea. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing a team of dedicated staff members, and ensuring a smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and luxurious experience.
  • Manage a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of service.
  • Ensure fast and efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Arrange amenities and services for guests, including pre-arrival emails and VIP reports.
  • Maintain updated guest profiles to ensure accurate information about their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate guest services daily, including room inspections, special room setups, and amenities coordination.
  • Act as a representative of higher management in their absence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury property.
  • Previous experience with Guestline PMS is an advantage.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of service.
  • Good command of the English language, spoken. French language skills are much appreciated.
  • Strong work ethic, agility, and clarity of thought, with the ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
