We are seeking a Teaching Assistant for Students with Complex Needs to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with SEN, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff. A clear, valid DBS is required, or the willingness to submit one.

This is a full-time, long-term fixed contract from January 2025 until the end of the academic year. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£38,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

About the Role:
- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an SEN environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear, valid DBS or willingness to submit one

Location: Southampton or surrounding areas.
