Cybersecurity Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Support Specialist to join our team at TWX. As a key member of our expanding cybersecurity team, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing cybersecurity tools for our customers, while also providing 2nd line IT support to internal staff.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Tech Assist services, ensuring smooth operation and continuous monitoring of cybersecurity tools for customers.
- Provide 2nd line support to internal staff, handling troubleshooting and escalating technical issues when necessary.
- Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless functionality and operation of internal systems.
- Assist customers with IoT solutions, particularly in medical and manufacturing sectors, ensuring security and optimal connectivity.
- Network troubleshooting, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and other core networking protocols, across various environments, supporting both IoT devices and internal infrastructure.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a 2nd line support role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with networking, device management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with IoT technologies is highly desirable.
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity threats and solutions to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Competitive salary of £30K - £35K DOE with additional budget to support your development.
