Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's team on night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care and possess either RGN (Registered General Nurse - Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the clinical team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure resident safety and well-being
