Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct patient reviews via telephone or video consultation to assess their respiratory health.
  2. Work with healthcare professionals and patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with the NHS in primary care to deliver a unique nursing program focused on driving best practice and improving patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. First-level Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
  2. Full UK driving license.
