About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Northumberland Community Engagement Team and the North Tyneside Assertive Engagement Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing performance, and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a commitment to involving service users, and a passion for promoting positive mental wellbeing. They will work closely with our team to identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and foster relationships with local partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Northumberland Community Engagement Team and the North Tyneside Assertive Engagement Team
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive mental wellbeing
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage performance, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative solutions
- Support the development of flexible and effective psychosocial interventions
