Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer

CV Library is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to join our team in London, SE1 0HR. As a key member of our Mechanical Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical and public health services packages at the estimating and pre-construction stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports to inform project decisions.
  2. Develop and submit tender bids for commercial design and build projects.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to validate designs and provide technical support.
  4. Produce fixed costs in line with project scope and design.
Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, strong mechanical and public health services design capabilities, and excellent understanding of the mechanical and PH services D&B process. You should be proficient in MS Office and PDF editors.
