Business Development Manager HVAC Products

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business relationships and driving sales growth in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target new build projects, including office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, and student accommodation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building services consultants, M&E consultants, specifiers, and housing developers.
- Sell to M&E contractors, main contractors, subcontractors, developers, and builders.
- Focus on generating specifications and driving sales growth in the ventilation products market.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Results-oriented and energetic with a genuine hunger to achieve.
