Job Title: Financial Administrator

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. This role involves working with a well-established law firm with offices across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations.
  • Process staff expenses in a timely manner.
  • Review, post, and reconcile Counsel Fees and other anticipated disbursements.
  • Handle general case-related queries and issues.
  • Provide monthly nominal reporting for Legal Partners.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a legal practice.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
